BudgetFitter Ally Rewards Programme: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the BudgetFitter Ally Rewards programme (“Programme”). We’re excited to share a portion of our earnings with you, our valued user. This Programme allows you to earn rewards, such as gift cards, when you complete a qualifying action (such as a purchase, sign-up, or subscription) with one of our selected partner brands (“Merchant”) through our special tracking links.

By participating in this Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) as well as any specific terms mentioned on the individual campaign page (e.g., minimum spend, reward tiers). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to receive a reward, you must:

  • Be aged 18 or over.
  • Reside in the United Kingdom. (Even if you’re not a UK resident, you may still receive rewards for global brands if you choose the correct Gift Card retailer. However, we will not be responsible if the Gift Card merchant does not operate in your country.)
  • Fully and accurately complete the registration form on the specific Ally Rewards campaign page on the BudgetFitter website.
  • Agree to these Terms and any additional terms on the campaign page by ticking the confirmation box before submitting your registration.

2. How the Programme Works (The 3 Steps)

Our Programme is designed to be simple and transparent. Here is the required process:

  1. Register & Get Your Link: You must first register for each specific campaign on our website by providing your full name and a valid email address. Upon successful registration, we will generate a unique tracking link and a Tracking ID for you. This information will be displayed on-screen and also sent to your registered email address.
  2. Complete the Qualifying Action: You must use the unique tracking link we provide to visit the Merchant’s website and complete the qualifying action (e.g., purchase a product, sign up for a service). It is crucial that you follow the tracking rules outlined in Section 3 below.
  3. Claim Your Reward: After the Merchant’s cancellation and refund period has passed (this period varies by merchant), you must return to our Rewards Hub and submit your proof of action (e.g., order confirmation, welcome email), including your Tracking ID and the correct confirmation details.

3. Crucial Tracking Rules – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

For your action to be tracked correctly and for you to be eligible for a reward, you must adhere to the following rules. Failure to do so will result in your action not being tracked, and you will not be eligible for the reward.

  • USE OUR LINK: You must use the unique tracking link generated for you after registration. Do not go to the Merchant’s website directly.
  • STAY IN THE SAME SESSION: Complete your action in the same browser tab that opens after you click our link. Do not switch browsers, use a different device, or close the tab and come back later.
  • DISABLE BLOCKERS: You must temporarily disable any ad blockers, anti-tracking software, VPNs, or browser privacy features (like Apple’s Private Relay) before clicking our link. These tools will prevent our tracking system from working.
  • ACCEPT COOKIES: You must accept all cookies on the Merchant’s website when prompted. Declining cookies will prevent the tracking of your action.

BudgetFitter is not responsible for untracked actions resulting from the user’s failure to follow these rules. We can only reward verified and successfully tracked transactions reported by our affiliate partners.

4. Claim Submission & Verification

  • Waiting Period: You must wait until the Merchant’s specified return, refund, or cancellation period has concluded before expecting your reward gift card. If you cancel your order or subscription before this period, your claim may be rejected. This period is typically 30-90 days but can vary by merchant.
  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing the correct Tracking ID and accurate confirmation details (such as order number, subscription ID, etc.) on the claim form.
  • One Claim Per ID: Each Tracking ID can only be used to submit one claim. Any subsequent attempts to use the same Tracking ID will be rejected.
  • Fraudulent Claims: We reserve the right to reject any claim that we deem to be fraudulent, invalid, or in breach of these Terms. This includes claims for cancelled orders or returned products. We may also share information with Merchants regarding fraudulent activity.

5. Reward Fulfilment

  • Correct Email is Essential: Your reward (e.g., gift card code) will be sent only to the email address you provided during the initial registration (Step 1). It is your sole responsibility to ensure this email address is correct and accessible. We are not responsible for rewards sent to an incorrectly typed or inaccessible email address.
  • Restarting the Process: If you realise you have entered your email address incorrectly, you must restart the entire process from Step 1 to generate a new, valid Tracking ID associated with your correct email address. Previous, untracked actions cannot be retrospectively applied to a new registration.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once our team has verified your claim with the Merchant and our affiliate partners, your reward will be processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the gift card to be delivered to your email after you receive our “Rewarded” status confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folder.

6. Disputes & Missing Claims

If it has been more than 30 days since your action was completed and you believe your transaction was not tracked correctly despite following all rules, you may use our “Missing Claim” form available in the Rewards Hub. We will manually investigate your case with our affiliate partners. Please note that this process can take several weeks, and we cannot guarantee a successful outcome.

7. General Conditions

  • Programme Changes: BudgetFitter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ally Rewards Programme, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
  • Liability: BudgetFitter acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the transaction between you and the Merchant. We are not liable for any issues related to the product or service you acquire. Our liability is strictly limited as per our main Terms and Conditions.
  • Data Protection: We will handle your personal data (name, email) in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering the Ally Rewards Programme.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
